This is a reproduction of the Type-A15 pilot's watch, developed in 1944 when the United States Army Air Forces (USAAF) was still part of the Army and did not yet have an air force. Its most distinctive feature is the rotating rim accumulator, which is linked to the upper and lower crowns. These two rotating discs make this a multi-function watch that, despite its small 33mm diameter, can display elapsed flight time and the time in two different countries.
